PARIS STRIPE PantalOOnie Bloomers

Black and White Paris Stripe Ruffle PantalOOnie Bloomers with Elasticized Waist and Pockets. Yummy soft Rayon Spandex with stretch. Super fun and comfy! Playful and chic! Wear dressed up or casually. I mixed up the stripes so that the top of the PantalOOnie are horizontal while the ruffles are vertical. In two sizes, Petite to Medium and Large to XXL. The body of the Bloomer is the same, just the elastic waist is larger. I show them with a tank top and with our Black and White Matching "Stripie" Top.
