Wear dressed up or casually. I mixed up the stripes so that the top of the PantalOOnie are horizontal while the ruffles are vertical. In two sizes, Petite to Medium and Large to XXL. The body of the Bloomer is the same, just the elastic waist is larger. I show them with a babydoll dress and vintage Duster coat from the 40s, easy going with a tank top and sneaks, and changed them up a bit with a black tank and heels. How will you wear them?
