Vintage Gold Lace Edwardian Lace Ruffle Sleeve Jacket with Double layers of Lace Ruffles at the wrists and hemline, with gold buttons and a Sweetheart Neckline. Flly lined, and in excellent condition considering its's age. Fabulous with a vintage dress as shown or with a pair of jeans! So hip and romantic. THE Lace is made from a Metallic thread so there is a bit of a sheen and sparkle to it, and in between a lovely lace netting. The Gold buttons are hammer with a square design, and the button loops are made from gold metallic thread, and are all intact. (PLEASE NOTE: There is one button missing (the second one, but you can easily move the bottom button to that area, and there would just be a little opening at the hemline, alought I would most likely wear this open and flowing) There is padding in the shoulders which are also intact, and can be removed should you choose to do so. I have had this jacket for about 45 years, and it's a hard one to let go of, but I would love to see it worn, and it no longer fits me. Just a gorgeous special totally Kool piece to wear, enjoy and treasure as I have.
