The neckline and sheer sleeves are puckered which adds that extra little something special to this wondrously hip dress. Panels of lace throughout the dress. Small bow in the front under the empire waist which was originally a closure for the V-neck, but we moved it as it looked much prettier below the bust-line. We love this whimsical dress and think you will too! Awesome with anything from flip flops to Cowboy Boots or a pair of Jeffrey Campbell platforms!
