1970s Hippie Psychedelic High Waisted Bell Bottom Palazzo pants with elasticized waist. Totally Woodstock era. So soft! I have had these forever. Super cool, made of a shiney, ribbed lightweight acetate. Great if you are looking to put together a retro 70s look as a costume or just to wear everyday! The material is stretchy! The label says size medium, but the elastic is definitely not a medium. Put a bigger elastic  elastic inside, and they could probably fit a medium.
