Vintage 1960s Green and White Polka Dot Blouse and Pleated Super Wide High Waisted Bell Palazzo Pants Set. Utterly kool, lightweight and fabulous. The Palazzo pants bell bottoms are so wide and wonderful, when worn falls like a Maxi Skirt. The top has a bit of an open slit at the sides and is a bit shorter in the front than the back. Of course you don't have to wear them together, and although I usually am not attracted to a matching set, this one was just so fabulous I had to get it. Now it can be yours. The waistband is elastic. This set is so easy, breezy and comfortable to wear.
