Tulle underskirt and acetate lining throughout except for the sleeves which are sheer lace and have snaps at the end. Tutu waist. Lovely V back with long zipper closure. Add a veil, or beautiful crown and step into fairy land. So whimsical. Just a magically romantic dress.
