Vintage 1940s Crochet Lace Hand Made Ruffle Sleeve Bed Jacket with Tie Front. Absolutely stunning. A One of A Kind Magnificent treasure. As beautiful over a dress as it would look over. tank top and pair of jeans. The shoulders and body of this amazing jacket are made of two different types of crochets. The body is a floral netted crochet, the shoulders a tighter hand crocheted pattern. The sleeves are made from a beautiful scalloped lace. There is a Melony Pink crochet along the the edges of where the shoulder lace hits the body of the garment, as well as along the upper back that is scalloped where it attaches to the body. There is a thin lace tie that comes from the tiny ruffled neckline. Open or tied, this piece is delicate and so wearable in so many ways for so many occasions and so pretty you wont want to hide it in your closet and a treasure you will want to pass down!
