There are seven Pearlized Buttons down the front you can close it up and wear as a dress or just open it up to wear as a jacket and let it fly! The bottom of the sleeves have asymmetrical Pirate shape. The hemline has two layers of ruffles. Lovely Rayon/Cotton Blend with a bit of spandex so there is a bit of give in the dress.
