Vintage White Tulle Maxi Tiered Petticoat with Ribbon Tie closure. In very very good condition. Ties in Back. Four layers of graduating tiered tulle. I show here under a vintage wedding dress that I cut the acetate out of. Would look fabulous used this way or with a long sweater or vintage dress on top with the skirt poking out. Just a fabulous vintage piece that can be worn in so many ways. So flirty and whimsical. Get tired if it being white? You can easily dye it a color of your choice!

The area around where the skirt ties in the back has a small hole but in looking through the skirt that is about the only flaw so really in amazing condition for its age.
